Our Terms and Conditions

ORDERS

1.1 You will be given clear instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

1.2 We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, alternative payment methods (i.e. PayPal) and any other credit and/or debit cards as we may specify from time to time.

1.4 By clicking on the ‘PAY’ button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our Terms and Conditions contained in these terms and conditions and appearing anywhere on the website.

1.5 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

1.6 You may send and pay for flowers over the phone by calling us.

1.7 Orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of a specified delivery date, either online, in person or via the phone, are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the overall order price.

DELIVERY

2.1 By completing the online order form you confirm all delivery details for the recipient are correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses, ensure you provide a full postcode and any instructions that will help the driver. If any details are incorrect we are not liable for any undelivered or incorrectly delivered items.

2.2 By completing the online order form you confirm all contact details for yourself are correct and true. Providing an email and/or daytime phone number for yourselves allows us to contact you in case of a problem. If we are not liable for any undelivered or incorrectly delivered items.

2.3 Same-day orders must be ordered before 12pm otherwise delivery will be the next following working day.Particular items require more than 1 day notice and you will be shown the next available delivery date for each item upon completing the order form.

2.4 Where delivery is to a hospital ward it is the sender's responsibility to check flowers are allowed on the ward, We will not be responsible for any rejected deliveries. All rejected items will be returned to our store and the sender will be notified. It is the responsibility of the sender to arrange further instructions of the order. No refunds will be given upon this basis.

2.5 We do not guarantee a timed or am/pm delivery with the exception of funerals and weddings. Any selection of am/pm is a preference and is not guaranteed.

2.6 If the recipient is out when we deliver, we will leave the flowers in a secure, sheltered place such as a porch, shed, garage, or placed within a bag. (please advise when ordering if there are any safe places where the item can be left should nobody be home).

2.7 If there is no secure place to leave the flowers we will ask a neighbour if they are happy to take responsibility for it.

2.8 If the items cannot be left it will be returned to the shop for collection or re delivery. If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers/plant a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at the earliest convenience.

2.9 A note card will be placed through the letter box to advise where the flowers have been left.

2.10 Deliveries can be from 8 am up until 6 pm, however this cannot be requested without agreement from the manager. Please advise working hours of the recipient if delivery is to a work place.

2.11 Funeral deliveries will be made either on the day of the funeral, usually around 2 hours before the stated funeral time, or the day before. Correct funeral time must be stated on the order. We hold no responsibility for any funeral flowers that are late due to incorrect information.

2.12 Where funeral flowers are to be delivered to a home address a time must be arranged and a recipient must be available to receive the flowers.

CLICK AND COLLECT

3.1 We offer a click and collect service on all products. Some products will require advance ordering. You will be shown the next available click and collect date.

3.2 Same day click and collect is available, however all collections will be PM only.

3.3. All collections must be made in our opening hours

3.4 We are not liable to refund any missed click and collect items.

3.5 All ordering terms (1.1-1.7) apply to click and collect orders.

CANCELLATION

4.1 You may cancel an order with us by telephone Please call 01246 232295.

4.2 Orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of a specified delivery date, either online, in person or via the phone, are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the overall order price.

4.3 A refund will be processed and may take 7 working days.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

5.1 We will refund all cancelled orders as per the cancellation terms. A cancellation fee will be charged if orders are cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery or collection date.

5.2 Refunds, exchanges and returns of delivered, collected or online products are given at the discretion of management.

5.2 Refunds and returns will be decided on a case by case basis. A refund will only be considered on quality issues, dissatisfaction or incorrect orders. An investigation into the complaint will be conducted and you will be notified in writing or via telephone of the outcome.

5.3 Because of the perishable nature of Products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

5.4 Where a complaint is relating to the quality of the product received, we will require a digital image to be sent to our email to assist with investigation of your complaint and to ensure a speedy resolution.

5.5 Refunds will not be given for fresh goods that perish outside of 5 days following delivery - although the majority of our flowers will have a much longer shelf life than this; the lifespan of each piece will vary depending on the variety of flowers used. It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that correct care is offered to each piece to ensure longevity. Please follow the instructions on the care card provided with the flower gift.

5.5 Where a refund or exchange is given on the grounds of dissatisfaction or incorrect orders, the item will need to be returned to our premises. A collection fee may apply.

5.6 Exchanges will only be made at the discretion of the manager.

5.7 Exchanges must be made within 24 hours. All items must be in the condition to be sold. Any damage to the fresh item and sundries will be charged for at the retail price.

5.8 Items can only be exchanged for the same value as the item sold

5.9 No refund will be made on delivery fee except where there is an incorrect delivery at our fault. We will investigate any incorrect deliveries at the time of the complaint and advise of any action we will take.

OTHER TERMS

6.1 We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

6.2 Peak times- Peak times are , including and not limited to, Valentines, Mothers Day and Christmas. Due to the business of these periods we will not guarantee any preferred delivery times.

6.3 We will not be responsible for any rejected deliveries. All rejected items will be returned to our store and the sender will be notified. It is the responsibility of the sender to arrange further instructions of the order. No refunds will be given upon this basis.

6.4 Any processed refunds may take 7 working days to be completed.

6.45 All items sold in the store are sold as seen.

6.6 Prices are subject to change.

6.7 Any customised items can not be returned and are non-refundable

6.8 We reserve the right to substitute any flower or product to one of the same or greater value if the original flower or product is not available. We will try to discuss this with you prior to proceeding however on the event of no contact being made we will go ahead with the substitution.

6.9 Products may vary from the photo due to the individual nature of flowers and availability.
